At long last--almost a year later, I think--I have sat my ass down to ink and color my sketch of Kyuutai ( [link] ) and. . .and. . .WHEE! I've had him for four or five years now but this is only the second time I've colored him, and putting it next to the first drawing from way back in '00 ( [link] , just for laughs). . .I can really see how far I've come. It's kind of creepy.

Anyway. Kyuu is one of my old original characters, and one of my favorites to this day. I hope at least one person out there likes this picture as much as I do. . .

I'm thinking of putting in a background but I have no idea what. ^^; Any suggestions?

he has a lot of blue to him. I suggest an ocean type view or night-time scene to compliment his skin and hair color. He's hot! *by the way what is he?* is he single ;). You should draw more of him. I love his appearance. maybe you would care to share his personality and such? You see a lot of characters with yellow eyes but his leave such an impression. maybe its the contrast of the colors. anyways its a very well down character

thats very neat, and good for you for finally coloring, i like the colors u used (blus is my fav :D) the blood and bandage look awesome and i love his body and lil wings, great job! for a bg, i dunno, maybe like an area where ppl fight since he is bloddy.... i dunno
